Analytical Instruments

It is an immunofluorescence detection system that works on the principle of photoelectric detection and uses fluorescein-labelled antibodies or antigens as tracers. Fluorescein absorbs the energy and generates excited molecules which further bind to antigen/ antibody molecules. Once it is combined fluorescence intensity is observed by the detector to determine the presence & content of antigens/ antibodies in samples.
