Microcentrifuges are the mini version of the centrifuges which use small sample sizes like microtubes. As the name of the device indicates, they come in smaller kits which are ideal for the needs of HPLC samples and micro filter cell separations. The tubes used in it range from 0.2 ml to 5 ml. It operates at high speed and has interchangeable rotors. In microcentrifuges, loads of the same weight are kept in opposite directions and must have a center of gravity.
