The Ice Flaker machines are the devices that are used for the production of flake ice. Flake ice is dry and supercooled small ice in irregular flat shapes. In the Ice Flaker machine, the water enters an evaporator through an inlet and is sprinkled on the inner wall to form a water film. Further, it exchanges heat with refrigerant in the evaporator flow channel hence the temperature is lowered and a thin layer of ice is formed which is broken into flakes under the extrusion of the ice blade, and stored in an ice-dropping port.
