Class III biological safety cabinet is designed to deal with BSL-4 microbiological agents and provides maximum protection to both personnel and the environment. It is completely sealed, non-opening, air-tight closure with a viewing window. Both supply and exhaust air are HEPA-filtered. This exhaust air must pass through two HEPA filters or a HEPA filter and an air incinerator and then be released to the surfaces. It maintains the cabinet and all associated ducts under negative pressure.
