Tissue Processors

A tissue Processor is a device that is used to prepare tissue samples by staining, fixing, dehydrating, or decalcifying and embedding them in paraffin. The tissue processing process involves a series of steps that are fixation of tissue by fixation solution dehydrating it by transferring it through an alcohol solution and then embedding it into paraffin wax after removing the alcohol. It allows them to be cut into thin sections for microscopic analysis.

Used in Clinical and Research Histopathology.

Also known as Tissue Embedding Cassettes.
