Automatic Hydrogen and Zero Air Generator LTGAS9-1
Hydrogen air generators are combined hydrogen and zero air generators. Hydrogen is produced by using the process of electrolysis through a polymer ion exchange membrane. Electrolytic dissociation separates the two main components of water i.e. hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen is further generated by drying while oxygen i released into ambient air. Zero air is generated by the process of catalytic processing which involves thermocatalytic combustion. The compressed air is received by an internal or external compressor first passed through the primary filter. Further, it enters in a matrix consisting of a high-temperature platinum catalyst that oxidizes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide to < 0.05 ppm. Then it is passed through the final filter to remove bulk water and prevent entry of any particulate which leads to the production of zero air.
