Cell Counter LTCOU10-1
Cell counters are Laboratory machines also called light-scatter cell counters which guide the blood cells in a single line. When a laser light hits the surface of the cell, it scatters in different directions due to its cell refractive index based on the shape and size of the cell. The cell counter determines the type of the cell by measuring the absorption and scattering of the light that occurs by the cell. This technique is mostly effective in hematology as it produces higher accurate scatter patterns to determine the types of various blood cells.
